Hello Everyone,

As you can see, I am going to be doing the 10K run again this year for the Alberta Cancer Foundation's Underwear Affair® - a 10K run / 5K walk to uncover cures for cancers below the waist. It's not only fun, but it fights prostate, colon, testicular, and ovarian cancer, among others.

When my father-in-law began treatment for prostate cancer, my wife and her sister's decided to put together a team to show support for their dad.  We had a blast, and raised a bunch of money for this worthy cause.  Last year I was also running in support of my boss who was undergoing his own treatment for prostate cancer. We are back again this year to do what we can to raise money and show our support.  Hopefully we can help make a difference in the lives of anyone living with these cancers, and I won't have to keep adding names to the list of who I am running for.

What can you do about it? You can donate to me! Don't be shy - it's about giving these devastating cancers some exposure and shedding some light on their cures. So please help me in my effort to raise money for care and research for cancers "down there!"
